Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a Chief of Staff to support the SVP and executive team, enhancing time management, information flow, and decision processes. You will coordinate strategic and operational projects, drive engagement, and act as a transversal facilitator across functions. This role reports directly to the SVP.

You will lead strategic planning, governance, and communications to ensure priorities are understood and executed, while coordinating with global teams and events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Excellent level of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills, written and verbal.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in creating high‑level presentations and reports.
• Experience in driving team engagement and overseeing communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SVP and Executive Team on strategy, roadmap, and OKRs.
• Ensure SVP’s priorities are effectively communicated and applied.
• Prepare interventions for the SVP (committees, townhalls, conferences).
• Ensure seamless communication and execution of strategies across functions.
• Lead and support global projects and CC governance.
• Facilitate department direction committees and oversee internal communication.
• Drive team engagement through meetings, offsites, and events.
