This position will be a key driver of creative excellence, responsible for building and developing our luxury beauty brands. The SD / VM Senior Manager will support our skincare Global Creative Directors in high-level concept development and execution of store design and merchandising, helping to move the needle towards disruptive brand-building executions.

Lab Series, an American brand, is meticulously crafted to understand men’s physiology and unique skin needs. Both entities have a global presence with retail stores across the world.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Brand Builder :
- Partners with Global Creative Directors to develop and build strong in-store visibility.
- Supports in brand management and execution to ensure consistency across channels.
Strategic Thinker :
- Align concept development with functional and business needs.
- Support SD / VM needs for priority markets (outposts, podiums, pop-up formats, etc)
- Identify consumer trends, maintain knowledge and execution of industry best practices for retail marketing as well as performing ongoing benchmarking.
- Partner with consumer insights to conduct regular environmental analysis, drive and execute compelling storytelling at store, and work closely with Marketing to create and activate events and experiences in store that have global reach.
- Partner with Creative Operations to align on appropriate talent to ensure accurate execution of creative vision.
- Partner with Regions to analyze and develop strategies for Influencer and Consumer Animation and Events to build brand equity, consumer retention, conversion and revenue.
- Oversees and provides feedback to relevant outside agency partners.
- Identify, maintain and manage strong relationships with China and EMEA teams in the delivery of event ideation and in-store production services.
CREATIVE MISSION :
- Highly creative skills & work experience at Store Design and Visual Merchandising.
- Designs and creates floor plans, elevations, schematics, details, sketches, and 3D models to communicate design vision, in collaboration with agencies and internal departments.
- Adapts SD / VM concepts across channels of distribution (FSS, DS, Pharma, Specialty-Multi, Pop-ups, etc…).
- Designs planograms and manages their evolution based on marketing programs.
- Creates aesthetically optimized visual merchandising schemes for window vitrines and in-store displays, including new product launches.
- Drives high visual merchandising standards across retail locations with clear guidelines and communication for each launch program.
- Applies & adapts Global Store Design & VM Concepts guidelines to regional projects within timing and quality constraints.
- Produces sketches, presentation drawings, technical drawings, specifications, and artwork layouts to communicate design intent.
- Establishes a list of preferred freelance consultants to ensure workload smoothness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of creative experience in SD / VM, preferably in luxury beauty.
- Analytic, strategic thinker with strong written and oral skills.
- Good visual awareness, creative ability, and a driver of innovation.
- Project management and problem-solving skills.
- Solid organizational skills, detail-oriented, with time management skills to juggle priorities.
- Self-responsible, proactive, and autonomous.
- Well organized, autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- English mandatory; mastery of French is a plus.
- International work experience is a plus.
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills, able to collaborate positively across disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Strong understanding and experience in both online and offline retail environments.
