Job Description:

This position will be a key driver of creative excellence, responsible for building and developing our luxury beauty brands. The SD/VM Senior Manager will support our skincare Global Creative Directors in high-level concept development and execution of store design and merchandising, helping to move the needle towards disruptive brand-building executions.

Each brand possesses a distinctive DNA. Darphin, rooted in French heritage, delivers high-performance skincare solutions designed to transport active ingredients deep into the skin for maximum effectiveness and transformative results. Lab Series, an American brand, focuses on understanding men's physiology and skin needs. Both brands have a global retail presence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Brand Builder: Partner with Global Creative Directors to develop and enhance in-store visibility; support brand management and ensure consistency across channels.
• Strategic Thinker: Align concept development with business needs; support SD/VM needs in priority markets; identify trends; conduct environmental analysis; drive storytelling; collaborate with Marketing for events; work with Creative Operations and regional teams on strategies and execution; oversee external agency partnerships.

Creative Mission:

• Design and create store layouts, elevations, schematics, sketches, and 3D models to communicate design vision.
• Adapt SD/VM concepts across various distribution channels including retail, pop-ups, and pharma.
• Develop and evolve planograms based on marketing programs.
• Create visual merchandising schemes for windows and in-store displays.
• Establish high visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
• Apply global store design and VM guidelines to regional projects considering timing and quality constraints.
• Produce technical drawings and artwork to communicate design intent.
• Manage relationships with freelance consultants and external partners.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SD/VM, preferably in luxury beauty.
• Strong strategic, visual, and creative skills; project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; knowledge of motion design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software.
• Experience in online and offline retail environments.
• Passion for beauty and luxury; environmentally conscious strategies preferred.
