Bel Group, a leading global dairy and cheese producer, seeks a Senior S&OP Leader in the Corporate Supply Chain. You will drive S&OP monthly cycles, align demand, supply, and capacity, and manage a two-person Chef du Pont planning team to ensure operational continuity and decision clarity.

You will influence strategic planning, perform scenario analyses, and deploy continuous-improvement programs with cross-functional stakeholders, strengthening network performance.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing or procurement.
• Leadership and cross-functional management capability.
• Analytical thinker with inventory-management expertise.
• Advanced Excel modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly S&OP process, challenging demand, supply, capacity and inventory to drive aligned decisions.
• Ensure S&OP decisions become executable plans through governance and monitoring.
• Lead the Chef-du Pont factory planning team (Production Planning, Activity Planning and MRP).
• Support planning with scenario analysis and recommendations on capacity, sourcing and organization.
• Develop and enhance S&OP capabilities, processes and governance across functions.

Within the Corporate Supply Chain team, you are responsible for leading Squeeze S&OP, aligning strategic decisions with executable plans and driving planning excellence.

MAIN MISSIONS

Main and ongoing responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process, constructively challenging demand, supply, capacity, inventory and organizational assumptions to drive aligned business decisions
• Ensure S&OP decisions are translated into executable plans through effective S&OE governance and execution monitoring
• Lead the Chef-du-Pont factory planning team (Production Planning, Activity Planning and MRP), ensuring planning performance, operational continuity and team development
• Support business planning and strategic decisions by providing planning expertise, scenario analysis and recommendations on capacity, sourcing, investment, organization and network evolution
• Develop and enhance Squeeze S&OP capabilities, processes, tools and governance to improve decision-making and cross-functional alignment
• Lead planning transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with BPOs and stakeholders to simplify processes and deploy new capabilities

Team management / Cross-functional coordination (where applicable)

• Directly manage a team of two (Chef du Pont scope)
• Lead and engage the Squeeze S&OP community across functions

PROFILE EXPECTED & SKILLS

Required education and experience

• Approximately 10 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing or procurement
