Job summary

Lynxeo, based at our HQ in Paris La Défense, seeks a hands-on Source-to-Pay professional to enhance procurement processes across an international industrial environment. You will work on SAP Ariba-related topics, investigate improvements, and coordinate with Shared Services and multiple regional teams.

The role emphasizes process transformation, project governance, and knowledge transfer, with travel to group sites as needed. Fluent English and French are required.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for selected Source-to-Pay processes.
• Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity and consistency.
• Document processes, responsibilities and ways of working where needed.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Develop understanding of invoice-related processes and interfaces with Procurement and Accounts Payable.
• Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives affecting processes, tools and Shared Services activities.
• Work with SAP Ariba and SAP stakeholders to understand needs, assess impacts and support changes.
• Contribute to the evolution of future systems and process changes, including the SAP roadmap.
• Translate operational requirements into clear process or system needs with IT and project stakeholders.
• Support testing, communication, training and adoption activities as required.
• Coordinate with Shared Services Romania on process topics and issues.
• Assess impact of changes on Shared Services activities.
• Collaborate with India and other Group locations.
• Build relationships with local teams and visit sites as needed.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on Source-to-Pay professional to support the evolution of procurement processes, systems and ways of working across an international industrial environment. The role will initially focus on selected procurement processes, including SAP Ariba and SAP-related topics, invoice-related processes and collaboration with Shared Services. The successful candidate will help improve existing processes, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support the impact of procurement transformation on tools and operations. Working closely with and reporting to the current S2P process owner, the role will also provide an opportunity for progressive knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

S2P Process Improvement

• Take responsibility for selected Source-to-Pay processes.
• Review existing processes and identify practical opportunities to improve their efficiency, clarity and consistency.
• Help document processes, responsibilities and ways of working where needed.
• Work with Procurement, Finance and other relevant stakeholders to resolve process issues and implement agreed improvements.
• Develop a sound understanding of invoice-related processes and their interfaces with Procurement and Accounts Payable.

Systems and Transformation

• Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives affecting processes, tools and Shared Services activities.
• Work with SAP Ariba and SAP stakeholders to understand business needs, assess impacts and support the implementation of process changes.
• Contribute to the preparation and evolution of future systems and process changes, including the Group’s SAP roadmap.
• Translate operational requirements into clear process or system needs, working with IT and other project stakeholders.
• Support testing, communication, training and adoption activities as required.

Shared Services and International Collaboration

• Coordinate with the Shared Services team in Romania on process-related topics and operational issues, including purchase-order creation, supplier creation and master-data activities.
• Support service quality and process improvement by clarifying requirements, following up issues and escalating where appropriate.
• Assess the impact of procurement process or system changes on Shared Services activities.
• Work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders in India and across other Group locations.
• Build working relationships with local teams and visit sites when required to support implementation, training or adoption.

Project Delivery and Knowledge Transfer

• Manage assigned workstreams with clear objectives, milestones, governance and communication.
• Coordinate stakeholders, track progress and raise risks or dependencies in a timely manner.
• Support the current process owner in reducing workload and progressing priority topics.
• Participate in a progressive transfer of knowledge about the S2P processes and operating model.
• Over time, take on broader responsibilities where appropriate and agreed.

Candidate Profile

Experience And Knowledge

• Relevant experience in Source-to-Pay, procurement processes, procurement transformation or a related operational role.
• Good working knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP.
• Familiarity with invoice-related processes.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to or managing projects, including planning, coordination, governance and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in, or strong exposure to, an industrial environment is important.

Skills And Working Style

• Able to work independently, structure their own priorities and move topics forward without close day-to-day direction.
• Pragmatic and comfortable improving processes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder‑management skills across Procurement, Finance, IT, Shared Services and local teams.
• Able to manage several topics in parallel and communicate clearly about progress, risks and decisions.
• Willing to engage with both project work and operational process issues.

Languages and Location

• Fluent English and in French is required.
• International travel to Group sites is expected.
