Your Role:

The Solution Design Professional at CEVA Lead Logistics supports business growth by creating and pricing technical solutions for our customers. This involves analyzing RFQs, understanding customer needs, designing logistics processes, and assessing automation potential to deliver effective, efficient, and competitive solutions.

The Solution Design Professional is part of a global team led by a Solution Design Manager, supporting new 4PL business across all regions.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and contribute to responses to 4PL tenders, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
• Identify client needs through active listening and make evidence-based recommendations on scope, size, and financial aspects.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Solution Design Manager to align solutions with client needs and strategy.
• Deliver high-quality work to secure profitable contracts.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to identify client needs and during proposal presentations.
• Support RPS Business Development team in tender responses, maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure seamless handover to Operations and Project Management after winning business.

Solution Development:

• Identify capability gaps and contribute to developing new solutions to bridge these gaps.
• Document new processes and ensure smooth handover to Operations and BPE.

Supply Chain Design:

• Provide insights into supply chain management, logistics networks, and optimization to stakeholders.
• Analyze current supply chains and support designing improved solutions.

Team Enrichment:

• Share knowledge and learn from team members.
• Build strong relationships with other CEVA teams.
• Enhance knowledge of logistics solutions and industry practices.
• Maintain a knowledge base with case studies and best practices.

Who are we looking for?

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
• Practical knowledge of transportation, logistics, or warehousing.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong presentation and MS Office skills.
• Solid understanding of the logistics industry, mathematics, and accounting concepts.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
• Results-oriented, positive, confident, and eager to learn.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and work effectively across cultures.
