Job summary

EP2C Energy is seeking an Integrated Management Coordinator for the ITER Site in France (Cadarache, PACA). The role focuses on coordinating administrative, logistical, site security, safety and infrastructure management activities to ensure smooth operations for an international project in a nuclear environment.

The candidate will act as a daily interface between French, Chinese and international teams, service providers and stakeholders, handling procurement follow-up, reporting, and action

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in General Services, Project Administration, Facility Management, Operational Management or Logistics Coordination.
• Proven experience coordinating external service providers and subcontractors.
• Experience in an industrial or nuclear environment is highly desirable; ITER site experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site Access Management and Security: manage badges and access authorizations for the ITER site.
• Coordinate administrative documentation for employee and contractor access.
• Coordinate vehicle fleet management and logistical resources.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and monitor transportation bookings.
• Monitor security, safety plans and related actions.
• Ensure timely communication of information to relevant teams and maintain traceability.
