Ferrovial is seeking a Site Engineer for the ITER site in France to support the successful delivery of a major international construction project. You will monitor site activities, attend coordination meetings, and help ensure safety, quality and progress on site.

The role requires an engineering degree, first on-site construction experience, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Proficiency in English is essential, with French or Spanish as a bonus; MS Office skills are

Formación

• First experience of working in construction (on-site).
• Excellent communication skills across levels.
• Engineering degree (Civils, Building or similar).
• Analytical thinker who enjoys problem solving.
• Proactive approach to working and learning.
• Familiar with Microsoft packages (MS Office).
• English proficiency; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety.
• Attend coordination meetings with client, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Develop, review and monitor short-term programmes with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor plant, labour, material usage and programme performance.
• Produce as-built measurements vs drawings and specs.
• Communicate key construction information to foremen and operatives.
• Undertake other duties as appropriate to role.
• Promote health, safety and environmental compliance.
