The role requires 3–5 years in controlling or SG&A management, fluency in English and French, and advanced Excel/ERP skills. Real estate knowledge is a plus, with opportunities to influence across multiple business units.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, financial accounting, audit, or SG&A management.
• Experience in a multi-regional environment is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present insights to senior leadership.
• Experience with cost management, budgeting and financial analysis.
• Interest in applying AI to improve financial processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) and Excel.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation of accurate SG&A reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage and control global SG&A expenses; identify cost optimization opportunities across regions.
• Perform variance analysis on actual vs. budgeted SG&A; investigate deviations and implement actions.
• Analyze and implement financial systems and ERP platforms to enhance reporting and efficiency.
