Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance and Cost Control.
• Solid understanding of SG&A cost structures and budgeting processes.

Responsabilités

• Translate functional actuals (HR costs, IT spending) into actionable forecasts.
• Analyse cost drivers, resource allocations, and return on investment.
• Prepare and present functional performance reviews.
• Support decision-making across HR, IT, and Finance.
• Perform CAPEX analysis and tracking.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare meaningful financial results.
