Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in controlling, financial accounting, audit, or SG&A management. Multi-regional environment is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights to senior leadership with risk & opportunities management.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven expertise in cost management, budget development, and financial analysis. Real estate controlling is a plus.
• Strong interest in implementing AI to improve financial processes.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP platforms (Oracle or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English and in French.

Responsabilités

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements related to SG&A activities for senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage and control global SG&A expenses, analyzing spending patterns and identifying cost optimization opportunities across all business units, especially with Real Estate teams.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis on actual versus budgeted SG&A expenses, investigating significant deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyze and implement financial systems and ERP platforms to enhance reporting capabilities and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with decisive leadership, while optimizing costs and ensuring coordination between regions.

• Manage and control global SG&A expenses, analyzing spending patterns and identifying cost optimization opportunities across all business units, especially with Real Estate teams
