Egis in Paris, France is seeking an experienced Global SG&A Controller to oversee all Selling, General and Administrative expenses across global operations. You will drive financial excellence, optimize costs, and coordinate with regional teams to support strategic decisions.

You will lead financial reporting, conduct variance analysis, and drive improvements in ERP-based reporting and systems. Fluency in English and French is required, and a strong track record in multi-regional SG&A management

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in controlling or SG&A management.
• Experience in multi-regional environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present insights to senior leadership.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

We're looking for an experienced Global SG&A Controller to join our finance team in Paris, France. In this strategic role, you will oversee all Selling, General & Administrative expenses across our global operations, driving financial excellence and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with decisive leadership, while optimizing costs and ensuring coordination between regions.

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and statements related to SG&A activities for senior management and stakeholders
• Manage and control global SG&A expenses, analyzing spending patterns and identifying cost optimization opportunities across all business units, especially with Real Estate teams
• Conduct detailed variance analysis on actual versus budgeted SG&A expenses, investigating significant deviations and implementing corrective actions
• Analyze and implement financial systems and ERP platforms to enhance reporting capabilities and operational efficiency

• 3-5years of experience in controlling, financial accounting, audit, or SG&A management. Experience withmulti-regional environment is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights to senior leadership with Risk & Opportunities management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven expertise incost management, budget development, and financial analysis. Experience in real estate controlling is a plus
• Strong interest in implementing AI to improve financial processes
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems, ERP platforms (Oracleor similar)and Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in English and in French
