Global Senior Web Solution Architect

At Mars Global Services, we’re actively seeking a passionate and experienced Web Solution Architect who is ready to take on the challenge of creating cutting-edge web solutions. As a technical leader in web architecture, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and supporting technology assets to ensure our strategic web technologies platform meets current and future business needs. Your focus will be on creating efficient, scalable, and secure web systems aligned with our organization’s goals.

What are we looking for?

• Acquia Cloud Site Factory Expertise: At least a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience working within Acquia Cloud Site Factory and holding most or all Drupal certifications. Aspiring to remain or become a world-class expert.
• Drupal Development: 7+ years of experience in Drupal development, creating and maintaining Drupal-based solutions.
• Headless Architecture: 5+ years of experience with Drupal Headless architecture, understanding its benefits and implementation.
• ReactJS Development: 3+ years of experience in ReactJS development for modern web applications.
• Web Architecture Mastery: 7+ years of designing robust, scalable, web systems.
• Mobile Architecture (Nice to Have): Familiarity with mobile architecture is a plus.
• Advanced JavaScript Frameworks (Nice to Have): Exposure to frameworks like AngularJS, VueJS, or NextJS is appreciated.
• Consumer-Facing and Commerce Websites: Extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, or supporting such websites.
• Agile Collaboration: Effective collaboration in virtual, global teams using Agile methodologies.
• Digital Marketing and Integration Knowledge: Experience with digital marketing, enterprise system integrations (e.g., CDP, SFMC), or Web3 is highly valued.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Business-Driven Solutions: Translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions considering performance, scalability, security, usability.
• Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the technical vision.
• Drupal Expertise: Architect Drupal types, define installation profiles and modules.
• React Design: Create high-level architectures ensuring seamless component interaction.
• System Blueprint: Define system architecture, communicate through diagrams.
• Technology Recommendations: Suggest suitable technologies and tools based on project needs.
• Scalability and Security: Prioritize system scalability, responsiveness, security best practices.
• Code Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to maintain standards.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior team members.
• Problem Solving: Provide guidance and solutions for development challenges.
• Business Alignment: Ensure architecture supports business objectives.
• Continuous Learning: Keep updated with web development trends.
• Project Oversight: Monitor progress, identify risks, ensure architectural vision.
• Collaboration: Work with enterprise architecture, security, and other teams.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic work program development.
