Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of marketing or sales experience, or 5 years’ experience with an Master’s degree or equivalent.
• Prior healthcare marketing experience, ideally in Medical Devices.
• Product management experience.
• Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving results in a highly matrixed organization by collaborating across functional boundaries.
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Sales Training, Medical Education, Operations, Clinical, Health Economics, etc.
• Act as SCS marketing leader and central point of contact for the Western Europe region.
• Drive market share and clinical adoption by analyzing competitor pipelines and tailoring positioning.
• Collaborate with Commercial Marketing to drive messaging across channels and campaigns.
• Drive global resources, including asset creation and management.
• Build relationships with KOLs, customers, and Sales teams; attend medical events.
• Partner with regions on product demand and oversee global product introductions and phase-outs.
