Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Clinical Supply Chain Manager to lead the strategic planning, oversight, and delivery of a portfolio of clinical supply chain projects across global studies. You will ensure timely provision of trial supplies and drive operational excellence.

The role requires strong project management, IRT experience, and collaboration with vendors and clients to optimise CTS processes while monitoring budgets and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in Clinical Supply Chain Management within the trials industry.
• Experience with IRT systems for supply planning and management.

Responsibilities

• Interpret protocols to design an effective trial supply chain solution.
• Create master English label text per regulatory requirements (Annex 13).
• Develop demand forecasts and packaging plans to ensure on-time supplies.
• Lead packaging campaigns and oversee vendors for on-time delivery.
• Manage IRT systems to ensure inventory is accurately tracked.
• Develop distribution plans and oversee vendor execution.
• Monitor budgets to align with client quotations.
• Maintain GxP training compliance and regulatory awareness.
• Lead client and vendor meetings on CTS topics.
• Support CTS department development and optimization.
