Qualifications

• Master’s degree in veterinary/related field.
• Experience in scientific project coordination or R&D.
• Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with international collaborations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Organize meetings, steering reviews, and minutes; monitor action plans.
• Facilitate collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect and track information for reports to funders and partners.
• Promote alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Manage collaborations with research institutes, universities, international bodies, and funding agencies.
• Conduct literature reviews and analyses to identify opportunities.
• Organize workshops and international collaborative events.
• Prepare presentations, reports, concepts, funding proposals for international audiences.
