Job summary

Ceva Animal Health Laprovet is recruiting a Scientific Project Coordinator for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will drive international research, innovation, and market access projects, acting as a key interface between R&D, business teams, and external scientific partners.

You will join a dedicated team handling high‑impact projects across Africa and global collaborations, coordinating multi‑stakeholder efforts and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, Animal Health, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in scientific project coordination or R&D environment preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English skills; comfortable with international partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Organize project meetings, minutes, and monitor action plans.
• Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders to progress projects.
• Collect and track information for technical and operational reports to funders.
• Support alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for international audiences.
• Support workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
