K&K Talents is recruiting for an SAP Program Manager for a client in France. Based in Toulouse with hybrid work and travel to site, you will lead large-scale SAP initiatives, develop roadmaps for S/4HANA transformations, and drive digitization programs.

You will manage multi-location teams, engage with business stakeholders, ensure profitability, and deliver MVPs, pilots, and rollout strategies while fostering agile ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large, multi-track projects.
• Extensive experience with SAP implementations and rollout programs.
• Proven ability to lead multi-locational teams including offshore/nearshore components.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads from key customers and build roadmaps for S4 transformation.
• Identify opportunities for digitization leveraging AI, blockchain, IoT and other levers.
• Establish business cases and transformation methodologies.
• Drive engagement with business stakeholders to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Develop rollout strategies and data transition tooling for SAP implementations.
• Ensure project profitability while balancing delivery quality and timelines.
• Deliver S4 Hana MVPs, templates, complete products and pilots.
• Maintain clear scope, baselines and change control for budgets.
• Coordinate with partners and product teams (SAP, Microsoft) for joint value.
• Act as the single customer-facing lead, aligning services across internal teams.
