STATERA is seeking a Global CRM Product Owner to drive a Salesforce-based CRM platform used across an international organization. On-site presence: 2 to 3 days/week. Start ASAP.

You will own the CRM backlog, align with stakeholders, and ensure data governance and quality across master data. Strong collaboration with IT, data governance, and delivery partners is required. Ideal candidate has 4+ years in Product Owner/Manager roles, Salesforce expertise, and experience in large, global contexts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Proven experience delivering Salesforce-based solutions (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
• Experience working within international and complex organizations.
• Experience with Master Data Management or Data Governance is highly appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the CRM product backlog and prioritize initiatives according to business value.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications; coordinate delivery with tech teams.
• Contribute to the definition and maintenance of CRM master data standards; ensure data governance across systems.
• Coordinate acceptance testing and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards; monitor product performance.
