CMA CGM Group in Marseille seeks a Global Sales Performance Management Specialist to support the commercial strategy for the Group's largest global customers. You will blend business analytics, strategic thinking and commercial insight to create executive briefing documents and Customer Game Plans.

You will analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in business or related field.
Minimum 3 years in strategic account management or commercial strategy.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience preparing executive-level customer materials and plans.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal English communications.

Responsabilités

Prepare comprehensive executive Customer Game Plans and briefing documents for the Group's largest global customers.
Consolidate commercial performance, customer strategy, market intelligence, competitive landscape and key business insights into executive-ready materials.
Analyze portfolios to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to Top Management.
Collaborate with Global/Regional Sales, Finance, BI, CRM and Operations to ensure alignment.
