Une entreprise leader dans les services de tests et de conformité recherche un expert en ventes pour développer des relations commerciales avec des clients du secteur de la vente au détail. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en vente ou ingénierie, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur, des compétences de négociation solides et la capacité de travailler de manière autonome tout en maintenant des interactions efficaces avec les clients. Le poste nécessite également un alto niveau de communication en français, allemand et anglais, avec une compétence dans l'utilisation de Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Expérience de 5 ans dans l'industrie de la vente ou des tests.
  • Connaissance des réglementations internationales et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement Hardlines & ENE.
  • Compétences en communication en français, allemand et anglais.

Job Description:

Position and sell full suite of services to prospective customers (retailers, importers, purchasing offices, manufacturers, e-commerce) and their supply chain to existing and new clients; services such as product safety testing, pre-shipment inspection, social compliance auditing and Sustainability Services.

Act as single point of contact on queries with regards to Business Lines Hardlines, Toys and ENE.

Service the ongoing customer needs.

Achieve sales revenue and profit margin targets; cascade this to the respective countries taking into consideration the local industry business climate and opportunities.

Work in close coordination with various country/divisional managers in developing and servicing sales, pricing and marketing strategies.

Develop strong business relationships with quality personnel of key clients.

Keep abreast of technical and commercial developments in the market and make recommendations for service development.

Increase industry awareness and knowledge by attending appropriate industry conferences.

Drive market research projects to identify market trends and potential new opportunities, market share analysis and marketing intelligence, etc.

Attend industry seminars and events as required.

Develop customer-specific concepts and commercialize our existing services (testing, certification, inspection, and audits) as well as technical expertise in global market access and industry standards.

Responsible for preparing offers and realizing sales.

Coordinate with international laboratories and technical governance departments.

Participate in national/international tenders.

A master's degree (or equivalent) in sales or related product discipline, or an engineering degree with at least 5 years of expertise in the retail industry or product development.

Experience in the retail or testing industry in France.

Proven track record in sales, account management, merchandising, or quality assurance, engaging with quality executives of large retailers, brands, and wholesalers.

Knowledge of international regulations, EU directives, national deviations, and requirements of Softlines, Hardlines & Toys and ENE testing.

Connections with industry associations in France are advantageous.

Wide client contact base and sales trend knowledge in Consumer Products.

Strong business acumen and knowledge of Hardlines & ENE supply chain, including quality and specifications fulfillment.

Knowledge of pricing strategies for testing, auditing, and inspection.

Ability to interpret technical info and translate into common language.

Interest in new business development.

Strong networking, negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and in teams, with cultural sensitivity.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in French (native), German, and English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Self-motivated, confident, and efficient.
