Hager Group in Blieskastel or Obernai is seeking a Management Reporting & Analysis Specialist (m/f/d) for a fixed-term 15-month contract. You will contribute to the Controlling department by delivering reporting, KPIs, and analytics, enabling productivity and digitalization.

You hold a degree in Economics, strong Excel and BI skills (SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI), fluent English, and the ability to work across functions to connect financial effects to business evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics or a similar qualification.
• Strong analytical skills and IT affinity to build reports with SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
• Customer oriented with the ability to work across functions.
• First work experience to connect financial effects to business evolution.
• Independent work style with good time management.
• Fluent English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and update group standard reports and KPIs using automation and digitalization.
• Distribute reports on the defined schedule and ensure timely delivery.
• Master related data sources and report processes.
• Provide first-level analysis on results for data completeness and accuracy.
• Offer Controllers accurate insights on trends and key points.
• Act as technical owner of MRA reports, train users and support new reports/dashboards.
• Consolidate reporting activities from Operational Controlling to ICMS-MRA.
