FAIRMAT in Paris seeks a Sales Recycling Manager to expand its global feedstock network and secure strategic partnerships across Europe, North America and China, ensuring feedstock volumes align with industrial ambitions through 2028 and beyond.

You will report to the head of Sales Recycling, grow key accounts, and negotiate long-term agreements while coordinating with Product, Quality and Legal teams. Travel and fluent English are required for engaging senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and scaling B2B businesses in advanced materials or related industries.
• Led and closed strategic commercial agreements representing more than €10 million in annual revenue and/or built an order book exceeding €50 million.
• Fluent English and ability to engage senior decision-makers across multinational groups.

Responsabilités

• Grow and manage a portfolio of recycling and feedstock partners; identify expansion opportunities across new streams, sites, geographies, and business units.
• Lead opportunities from initial contact to commercial close; negotiate terms and coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects and extensions.
• Structure and close long-term agreements; monitor ramp-up, delivery, and forecasts; maintain accurate opportunity data.
