You will perform chemical analyses, IQC/IPQC/OQC testing, and support metrology, data analysis, and instrument maintenance. The role requires a Master’s or Engineering degree in Analytical Chemistry, 3+ years’ industrial experience, and fluent French and English.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of experience in an industrial/operational environment.
• Master’s or Engineering degree in Analytical Chemistry.
• Deep knowledge of GC and FTIR.
• Understanding of chemical engineering fundamentals and statistics software.
• Fluency in French and English (bilingual) mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate production cadence and guide daily lab activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Monitor critical production parameters and perform SPC with corrective action plans.
• Lead risk assessments and ensure adherence to Life-Saving Rules and a Just Culture framework.
• Perform daily laboratory support, including IQC/IPQC/OQC testing and data management.
• Support metrology tool requalification and conduct MSA/GR&R studies.
• Map future lab instrumentation needs and assist in deploying online analyzers and automated sampling.
