Electrification Systems Quality Process Development & Digital Quality Leader will be responsible for quality process development and drive development of digital quality and data analytics.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Develop data analytics approaches for quality, including necessary process and tools evolution.
2. Own the digital quality roadmap.
3. Manage change and drive continuous improvement aligned with evolving business needs.
4. Lead continuous improvement of quality processes and tools using a lean mindset, based on performance gaps and product/service evolution.
5. Provide leadership support and technical guidance to the Electrification leadership team to ensure quality process development.
6. Collaborate internally and externally to identify and leverage best practices, enhancing the quality strategy to improve Grid Solutions' competitiveness.
7. Lead the HQ Quality team in alignment with GE leadership values.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. Masters Degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college.
2. At least 7 years of quality leadership experience, including senior leadership roles in project, manufacturing, or engineering environments.
3. Proven experience as a data analytics leader with knowledge of digital quality strategy and systems development.
