Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Head of Safety Partnering to define and lead our global pharmacovigilance partnering strategy across a diverse commercial portfolio. This pivotal leadership role ensures strong partnerships are translated into safe, compliant and impactful outcomes for patients worldwide.

You will build collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, drive PVAs, due diligence, governance, and termination activities, and mentor the Safety Partnering team to enable Ipsen’s product

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field, or in business administration.

Responsibilities

Define and lead Ipsen’s global PV partnering strategy for commercial partners across the portfolio.
Lead PV Partnering strategy with internal and external stakeholders; ensure PVAs with partners in compliance with regulations.
Drive PV partnering governance and oversight within the global framework.
Define and lead safety partnering strategy for global/commercial partnerships aligning with Ipsen product strategy.
Engage stakeholders, enable collaboration, and communicate PV partnering strategy across functions.
