Huawei in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Logistics Procurement Manager to lead supplier development, qualification and onboarding, and to drive end-to-end procurement from requirement analysis to award. You will coordinate with the CEG buyers to tailor strategies and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above in procurement or related field, at least 3 years of progressive procurement experience, and fluency in Chinese, English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in procurement.
• Experience in setting up procurement functions or managing supplier ecosystems is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and French.

Responsabilités

• Supplier resource development and diversification to ensure capacity for administrative/logistics services.
• Plan and conduct supplier scouting, qualify and certify suppliers for official vendor list.
• Lead end-to-end procurement process from requirement analysis to contract negotiation and award.
• Oversee project implementation, ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
• Implement supplier performance measurement and incentives to drive quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements; leverage IT systems to standardize workflows.
