Alstom in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine seeks a Project Operations Manager to lead operations across the global network, collaborating with industrial, supply chain, engineering and project management teams to deploy standard tools and foster co-engineering processes.

You will focus on reducing lead times for manufacturing the first trains, integrating RSC Operations requirements into the Advanced Development System, and monitoring performance with TDFOM & COO across several projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in global coordination and process engineering is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the deployment of operational tools and standards across projects.
• Monitor and improve project operations performance with robust follow-ups and KPI tracking.
• Lead validation of industrial deliverables (MBOM, PBOM, IDS, routings, work instructions) and co-engineering processes.
• Drive lead-time reductions for manufacturing the first trains and integration of RSC Operations requirements into ADS.
