We are looking for a Global Project Manager - Manufacturing & Operations to join an international rolling stock program and play a key role in driving operational excellence across a global manufacturing network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate an international transformation project within a global rolling stock program.
- Define functional requirements and business needs for operational tools supporting workshop activities.
- Collaborate with external software vendors to ensure the successful development and implementation of solutions.
- Lead change management activities, supporting the adoption of new tools and processes by operators and shop-floor teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.
- Act as the main interface between operational teams, IT, suppliers, and senior management.
- Prepare project reporting and present progress updates to executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Contribute to the harmonization and standardization of operational processes in the following areas: Production Management, Manufacturing & Industrialization, Logistics and Workshop Operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, Logistics, or Industrial environments.
- Proven experience in Project Management or PMO within business-driven or operational projects.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1 level).
- Availability to travel internationally approximately 20% of the time, including Europe, the United States, Asia, and South Africa.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the railway, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy engineering sectors.
- Knowledge of SAP as an end user; experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning) is considered a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with DELMIA APRISO MES (Dassault Systèmes) is a plus.
- Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
- Previous involvement in change management or digital transformation projects.
- Ability to balance business needs with technical constraints while maintaining a strong operational focus.
What We Offer:
The salary package for this position ranges from €35,000 to €50,000 gross per year, depending on the candidate's professional experience, skills, and the outcome of the selection process.
The successful candidate will be offered a permanent employment contract, with compensation and benefits aligned with the applicable company policies and local employment regulations.
