Qualifications

  • 5-10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou de la santé.
  • Compréhension approfondie de l'imagerie médicale fortement préférée.
  • Expérience dans le lancement de nouveaux produits.

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing mondiale pour le portefeuille de produits de contraste X-ray.
  • Gérer le portefeuille en prenant des décisions sur les stratégies et la planification d'évolution du marché.

Key Responsibilities:

The Global Product Manager - X-ray will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the global marketing strategy for the X-ray contrast media portfolio. This senior role focuses on portfolio management, including market evolution, new product launches, and product discontinuations. The role requires a strategic approach to drive initiatives and ensure successful implementation of the marketing plan worldwide.

Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement the global marketing strategy for the X-ray contrast media portfolio.
  • Participate in the 5-year mid-term plan process.
  • Manage the portfolio by deciding on strategies and planning for market evolution, including share and volume.
  • Plan new product launches, including what, when, where, and how much.
  • Plan product discontinuations, including what, when, where, and how much.
Product Communication, Promotion And Training:
  • Ensure effective product-medico-marketing communication and promotional support.
  • Implement marketing plans to achieve sales objectives and margins, considering market access implications.
  • Leverage digital community and tools to contribute to the Group Digital transformation.
Stakeholder Management And KOL Engagement:
  • Develop and maintain a strong international KOL network.
  • Organize strategic seminars/webinars in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication activities are compliant with regulatory and compliance standards.
Market Analysis And Research:
  • Conduct market analysis, including scenarios, trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Monitor product perception through quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Develop awareness of market trends, regulatory impacts, and competitive influences.
  • Perform research and gather voice of customers to support key projects.
New Product Launches:
  • Define and execute marketing plans for new product launches globally.
  • Ensure regional deployment of new product launches.
Future Imaging Technologies:
  • Develop awareness of future imaging technologies with OEMs.
  • Make recommendations for the product portfolio and develop partnerships.
Key Stakeholders:

Compliance, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Scientific Experts, Regional Marketers, CCOs, VP & Sales Managers, Regional Applications, MSL, Contrast Media Marketers, KOLs, Societies, Agencies, Partners, etc.

Skills And Key Competencies:
  • Extensive experience (5-10 years) in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with proven sales and marketing success.
  • Excellent understanding of medical imaging, strongly preferred.
  • Experience in launching new products and managing portfolios.
  • Experience working within a global organization in a matrix environment.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English required; fluency in French is desirable.
