Plansee Composite Materials GmbH is seeking an experienced professional to lead product management and market alignment from our Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny site. You will collaborate with sales, marketing and production teams to drive product direction and global alignment, while engaging with key accounts and global markets.

You will represent market needs, push strategic decisions and manage lifecycle and innovation to keep the business agile and responsive across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, or Development within SME or industrial sectors
• Strong data-driven decision-making with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM-related tools
• Willingness to travel internationally (>25%) to gather insights and engage with clients and markets worldwide

• Develop and maintain product roadmap, representing market needs to guide product and business decisions
• Bridge market insights with strategy and production to drive innovation and growth
