Qualifications

Your Responsibilities and Missions

Working in close collaboration with the innovation team, you will be in charge of the definition and development of new products, from proof-of-concept to prototypes:

• Responsible for the roadmap of his/her products
• Analyze and anticipate future customer needs
• Be able to understand customers' applications and challenges & translate them into potential opportunities for his/her products
• With the help of the Market analyst, perform market analysis and market sizing to select the most promising applications and market segments
• Use financial metrics to anticipate product financial metrics to sort projects and define target Bill of Materials and Non Recurring Expenses
• Provide recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team
• Specify Market Requirements Specifications (MRS) to convert customer needs into functional specifications
• Competitive intelligence: being up to date in competitors' technologies through techno watch with the help of R&D & IP departments. Keep updated scorecards.
• Be in close contact with Sales teams to ensure good quality marketing materials
• Keep contact with key customers to ensure alignment between our product roadmaps and customer roadmaps

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Masters in semiconductor process, semiconductor material science, or optics
• >5 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge in overall semiconductor process
• Knowledge in optics & optical systems
• Strong taste for innovation coupled with a high sensitivity to business.
