Global Product Manager - Due Diligence of Supply Chain

Lead and manage due diligence initiatives and product bundles within the supply chain due diligence area, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Develop and implement strategies for compliance management of products related to development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and enhance existing ones.

Conduct projects with clients, ensuring productive and successful outcomes.

Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the supply chain and develop appropriate responses.

Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on due diligence and compliance topics.

Prepare and present reports on due diligence activities and compliance status to senior management.

Experience:

  1. Experience gained on Human Rights, ILO, OECD Guidelines for Multinational on Supply Chain, Human Rights Due Diligence processes.
  2. In-depth knowledge of Battery Regulation, CSDD, EUDR, and other relevant supply chain regulations.
  3. Strong understanding of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors and their impact on supply chain management.
  4. Proven experience in compliance management and due diligence within the supply chain.
  5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex regulatory requirements and develop effective solutions.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  8. Fluency in English; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Professional certifications in supply chain management, compliance, or sustainability are highly desirable.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience on due diligence and compliance within the supply chain.

Experience working in a multinational environment and managing projects across different countries.

Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing compliance strategies and initiatives.

Additional Information

Location: The position is based in Europe, with a preference for candidates located in Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, or the Czech Republic.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Product Manager to lead our Supply Chain Due Diligence initiatives. This role focuses on product development, product compliance management and conducting projects with clients to ensure productive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background connected to Human Rights, ILO, OECD Guidelines for Multinational on Supply Chain, Human Rights Due Diligence process related to supply chain topics and competences in regard to legal requirements such as Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), Battery Regulation (EUBR).
