Position: Global Product Line Manager F/H

Location: Apt (Vaucluse 84)

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will manage the Global Fall Arrest Line, designing, developing, and promoting a range of Personal Protective Equipment to targeted markets, aiming for profitable growth while ensuring return on investment.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Market research through ongoing technological, normative, and competitive monitoring, and identifying target market segments.
2. Building and managing a product portfolio organized into ranges and collections suited to targeted markets to ensure profitable growth.
3. Operational management to ensure profitability and product quality.

Candidate Profile:

Ideally with a higher education degree (BAC+5) in engineering or university studies, complemented by marketing training, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong interest in technical products, leadership skills to manage and unite a team.

Rigorous, proactive, and innovative in proposing initiatives.

Effective communicator, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders (sales, R&D, logistics, finance, creative teams).

Motivated to grow within a rapidly expanding company that offers opportunities to deepen skills and broaden experience.
