Qualifications

Position: Global Product Line Manager F/H

Location: Apt (Vaucluse 84)

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will manage the Global Fall Arrest Product Line, overseeing the design, development, and promotion of a range of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) aimed at targeted markets to achieve profitable growth and ensure return on investment.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market studies, maintaining ongoing technological, normative, and competitive intelligence, and identify target market segments.
2. Build and manage a product portfolio organized into ranges and collections suited to targeted markets to ensure profitable growth.
3. Manage operational activities to ensure product range profitability and quality.

Candidate Profile

Requires a higher education degree (BAC+5) in engineering or university, ideally complemented by marketing training, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong interest in technical products, leadership skills to manage and unify a team, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (sales, R&D, logistics, finance, creative teams).
