Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages is seeking a Raw & Pack Procurement Manager to lead global strategy for Raw Materials and Packaging across its premium beverages portfolio. You will drive value creation, supplier performance, and resilience, leading a global team and reporting to the Global Head of Procurement.

You will negotiate with key global suppliers, mitigate risks, and collaborate with senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Sustainability and Marketing to shape strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement experience in global or regional categories.
• Strong experience in raw materials, packaging or complex direct-material categories.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations, supplier relationships and strategic sourcing.

Overall summary:

As Raw & Pack Procurement Manager, you will lead the global procurement strategy and performance of Raw Materials and Packaging across Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages. You will be accountable for maximizing value creation and competitive advantage while ensuring supply resilience, innovation, sustainability and supplier performance across all markets.

Leading a global team of category procurement professionals, you will translate business priorities and external market dynamics into category strategies, sourcing decisions and strategic supplier partnerships.

This role reports to the Global Head of Procurement.

What are the responsibilities?

• Define and lead global Raw Materials & Packaging procurement strategies, translating business priorities, market dynamics and cost drivers into competitive category strategies.
• Drive sustainable value creation and competitive advantage through strategic sourcing, cost optimization, working capital, innovation and specification/value engineering.
• Lead strategic negotiations and supplier relationship strategies with key global suppliers, leveraging scale while developing long-term partnerships.
• Secure supply and proactively manage risk, anticipating commodity, capacity, geopolitical and supplier risks and leading effective mitigation and crisis management.
• Partner with senior business and functional leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Technical, Quality, Finance, Marketing and Sustainability to shape business decisions and priorities.
• Drive supplier performance, responsible sourcing, compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring strong commercial and contractual governance.
• Lead, develop and empower a global team of category procurement professionals, building category expertise, capabilities and a high-performance culture.

What will make you successful?

• 10+ years of Procurement experience, with significant responsibility for global or regional categories and people leadership.
• Strong experience in Raw Materials, Packaging or other complex direct-material categories, with deep understanding of cost drivers and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering competitive advantage and business value through strategic sourcing, category management and complex negotiations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop multicultural teams across countries and regions.
• Strong experience in supplier relationship management, supply risk, responsible sourcing and innovation.
• Strong business and financial acumen, able to connect commodity and supplier dynamics with business P&L implications.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, challenge established thinking and drive decisions in a complex global organisation.
• Strategic, open-minded and results-oriented leader, comfortable operating in a changing environment.
• Lead a strategic global procurement portfolio across 44 factories in 22 countries.
• Shape global category and supplier strategies impacting competitiveness, supply resilience, innovation and sustainability.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Lead and develop a global team of procurement professionals.
• Contribute to the transformation of a standalone global business.
