Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages is seeking a Raw & Pack Procurement Manager to lead the global procurement strategy for Raw Materials and Packaging. You will manage a global team, secure supply, optimize costs and drive sustainability while collaborating with senior leaders across functions.

You will translate market dynamics into category strategies, manage strategic supplier partnerships and report to the Global Head of Procurement, operating in a hybrid work model in France.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement experience with global or regional category leadership.
• Strong track record in raw materials, packaging or complex direct-materials categories.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and drive value through strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead global Raw Materials & Packaging procurement strategies.
• Drive value creation through strategic sourcing, cost optimization and innovation.
• Lead negotiations and supplier relationships with key global suppliers.
• Secure supply and manage risk across markets with effective mitigation.
• Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Technical, Finance and Sustainability.
• Drive supplier performance, responsible sourcing and governance.
• Develop and empower a global procurement team.
