A global materials company is seeking a skilled Global Process Owner to lead transformation in finance. • Agree and approve Process Taxonomy for Process Area.
• Create and maintain End-to-End Process flows for your Process Area.
• Identify Test Scenarios required for testing and acceptance of each end-to-end process.
• Create and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for your process area using an agreed template and supported by ClickLearn for each Process.
• Identify critical gaps in the Highlander Solution, support the definition of the requirement, business justification, and work closely with solution leads to ensure correct design – representing and presenting the business justification and ongoing status of the gap resolution to leadership.
• Effectively use Highlander Project tools, including DevOPS, for managing tasks, user stories, testing, and critical project activities.
• Develop close relationships with key users, SMEs, and understand Morgan's business; coach your community of key users.
• Conduct safety briefings and site safety tours during implementation.
• Support Partner functional consultants.
• Understand process alignment to solutions, improve knowledge of Highlander solutions (Microsoft D365 CE & FSCM).
• Support Data Migration team for validation of config, master, and transactional data during rollouts.
• Keep stakeholders updated with project progress and decisions.
• Ensure Key Users have sufficient system knowledge for input and feedback.
• Participate in breakthrough events, continuous improvement initiatives, and change management.
• Support deployment phases, including workshops, requirements definition, testing, UAT, and onsite visits as planned.
