HDR is seeking a Power Data Center Lead to join our Power Practice, leading development of power projects in support of data centers and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams worldwide. The role involves significant client interaction from pre-positioning to project completion and collaboration across market sectors.

The candidate will have experience in power systems for various generation and load configurations and a track record of leading complex design and consulting assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in development of power projects for data centers.
• Strong leadership of multi-disciplinary project teams.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with leads representing Power, Power Delivery, Data Centers, Due Diligence, and Industrial services.
• Provide oversight for the coordination, quality, and timely completion of Power projects or programs in support of data centers.
• Serve key roles as necessary in projects and pursuits.
• Coordinate the involvement and input of multi-disciplinary teams in support of development of power solutions in support of data centers.
• Support client relationships, marketing, project execution, and collaboration meetings.
