Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior PLM Transformation Program Leader to drive large-scale PLM programs across aerospace and manufacturing contexts. You will partner with engineering, IT, and operations to design, deploy, and industrialize end-to-end PLM solutions.

We value extensive experience in multi-country delivery, governance, KPIs, and offshore models, with fluency in English and French. You will lead global teams and report to executive sponsors, shaping strategic PLM roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering PLM programs and governance.
• Lead end-to-end PLM transformations in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience with multi-country and offshore delivery.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0, MES, and integration landscapes.

Responsabilités

• Act as single point of accountability for program delivery, financials, and governance.
• Lead global onshore/offshore teams across engineering, IT, and digital initiatives.
• Define and implement program governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and process optimization within PLM landscapes.
• Ensure strong integration between PLM and MES/ERP/ALM systems.
