Job summary

Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse is seeking a PLM Project Manager to lead the Digital for Develop (DPIX) portfolio and ensure compliant data flows across functions and borders. The role focuses on export control classifications within PLM systems, cross‑portfolio deployments, and liaison with Legal, Engineering and Operations.

A Master’s degree and 5+ years in export control or data governance are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Export Control, Trade Compliance, or Data Governance.
• Deep understanding of ITAR, EAR, and dual-use regulations.
• Strong PLM knowledge and secure data handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and monitor export control classification within PLM systems and cross-PSL architecture.
• Co‑lead the GECS project (MFT6) and WP15 (Export Control & IP) to ensure compliance.
• Partner with IT and Enterprise Architects to ensure data access controls and cross‑border workflows comply with trade laws.
• Conduct compliance impact assessments on cross-PSL epics and liaise between DPIX, DP PSLs, Legal, Engineering, and Operations.
• Oversee export control classification (ECCN, USML) of digital assets and train product owners.
