JGA are exclusively partnered with one of the world’s fastest-growing global payroll consultancies, expanding in France, to hire a Global Payroll Transformation Leader as their first senior hire in the region to take the role of 'Partner'.

This is a remote role with occasional client travel, where you will lead global payroll projects and build your own practice as Partner within a high-growth business trusted by 2,000+ clients worldwide.

The role is ideal for senior global payroll or vendor-side professional ready to take ownership, lead projects, and build something meaningful while earning well in the process!

Global Payroll Transformation Leader – Responsibilities :

• Lead global payroll implementation, transformation, and change projects.
• Advise clients on vendor selection, project management, and compliance best practices.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and delivery team in France.
• Leverage your network to drive new client opportunities.
• Contribute to shaping global payroll project delivery.

Global Payroll Transformation Leader – Required Skills :

• Extensive experience delivering global payroll projects, transformations, and change.
• Deep understanding of global payroll vendor and supplier markets.
• Ideally a mix of in-house and vendor-side experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Strong working knowledge of ADP & SAP.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a practice.
