Licorne Society is seeking an experienced Paid Media Consultant to manage a portfolio of enterprise and global clients. You will design, execute, and optimize sophisticated paid media strategies across multiple platforms, driving ROI and client satisfaction.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, with a focus on US/EU markets and high-budget clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of paid media experience on international accounts.
• Proven track record managing scale-up and enterprise clients.
• Strong communication and ability to convey complex strategies to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted advisor translating client objectives into multi-channel paid media plans.
• Design roadmaps with tactical execution plans, budget allocation, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with SEO, creative, and data teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
