Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates' Royal Canin division in Aimargues, France seeks a Global Packaging Technology Specialist to lead packaging material and process innovations across its global factory network, from finished goods silos to truck loading on DRY and WET lines. This role covers primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science or engineering; packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging industry as R&D Engineer, or Quality & Food Safety in a factory environment.
• Experience in multicultural and international companies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and own the industrialization stream for DRY & WET packaging globally across sites.
• Partner with cross-functional teams from kick-off to launch and design industrial test plans.
• Define factory test run validation plans and sampling protocols.
• Establish and publish packaging specifications and conformance.
• Support regional teams with troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
