Job summary

Doctolib in Paris is seeking an Order-to-Cash (OTC) / Billing Manager to lead a high-volume billing team across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. You will bring a strong financial accounting foundation and collaborate across Sales, Finance and IT to drive efficient, automated billing operations.

You will supervise monthly and annual closes, ensure accuracy of invoices, and lead technology-driven improvements within Salesforce, Zuora and SAP.

Qualifications

Experience in high-volume billing operations and revenue recognition.
Strong financial accounting foundation and ability to contribute to audits.
Experience with SOX controls and monthly close processes.

Responsibilities

Lead a dynamic 3–5 person billing team across multiple group countries with a focus on growth and excellence.
Supervise monthly and annual closing activities and oversee internal controls.
Ensure accuracy of monthly customer billing cycles through collaboration with Sales and Finance teams.
Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Manage Order-to-Cash in partnership with leadership, monitoring debits and cash application.
Champion system enhancements across Salesforce, Zuora, SAP to support large-scale operations.
