Job summary

Doctolib is seeking an IT Squad Lead for Finance to own the architecture and roadmap across France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. You will manage a 4-person squad and partner with Finance leaders to deliver end-to-end SAP-based solutions and integrations.

You’ll steer multi-project delivery, shape quarterly plans, and ensure reliability and governance across the Finance information system, including AI-enabled tooling for configuration, testing and planning.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership: hired, coached and developed a team.
• Deep Finance ERP knowledge: P2P, AP, AR, GL, Assets and Expenses.
• Hands-on fluency with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and integration suite.
• Delivery track record: ERP/Finance transformations on scope and budget.
• Strategic and decisive: convert plans into executable roadmaps.
• Technical architecture ownership: reviews, design choices, risk spotting.
• Practical AI fluency: using AI for config, testing and planning.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage 4-person squad; hire, onboard, coach and develop.
• Own quarterly roadmap and budget; run steering committees.
• Own the architecture of the Finance IS landscape; evaluate alternatives.
• Drive tool implementations, process transformation and training.
• Structure run/support delivery and change management for tools.
