Want to join the world's No. 2 in wines & spirits and work among convivial teams? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global On-Trade Development Apprentice, for 1 year starting in September 2025. You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).

Reporting to the Head of Global On-Trade Development, you will provide support for strategic On-Trade initiatives, which includes working on the Global On-Trade segmentation strategy (strong Excel skills required), data and reports analyses, support in presentations, contacting internal stakeholders (Pernod Ricard Markets), and working on several global On-Trade projects.

Your key missions:

Support the Deployment of Pernod Ricard On-Trade Segmentation (PROS 2.0):

1. Assist the Head of Global On-Trade Development with market data analyses, recurring reports, and presentations.
2. Perform data cleaning, grouping, and analysis as required by the Global TECH Team.
3. Act as a liaison with Market Companies to inform and suggest recommendations based on the Global Segmentation tool.
4. Track the deployment status within several markets, manage multiple stakeholders, and follow up on the key benefits of using the global segmentation tool.
5. Support the development of the PROS 2.0 digital dashboards.

On-Trade Intelligence:

1. Analyze various data sources (IWSR, Trade press, CGA/Nielsen Reports) to provide quarterly updates on key On-Trade news, stats, categories, and trends.
2. Generate and execute communication and interaction plans across multiple channels.
3. Prepare intelligence reports for the On-Trade channel and work with the Pernod Ricard Markets on best practice sharing.

Strategic Analyses and support for SIP Homepage | SIP – Pernod Ricard Global Trade Advocacy Program:

1. Collaborate with the Global Trade Advocacy Leader to prepare a continuous overview of Trade Advocacy actions by Pernod Ricard and the spirits industry.
2. Prepare strategic reports and presentations.
3. Assist in communication with the Markets and feedback collection.
4. Support the completion and implementation of the SIP Market Playbook.
5. Support in coordinating SIP events and including post-event evaluations.
