• Strong understanding of the renewables ecosystem (Solar, BESS, or grid-connected solutions).
• Proven ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization.
• Fluent in English; other European languages would be a plus.

Our office, specialized in electrical and energy solutions, is recruiting on behalf of a leading global industrial player in the energy sector, seeking a Global Offer Director to drive the development of innovative and sustainable solutions in Solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) applications.

Your Responsibilities

As part of the division team, you will :

• Define and lead the global offer roadmap for Solar and BESS applications
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, aligning sales, marketing, R&D, and product teams
• Work directly with developers, EPCs, and utilities to ensure market fit and competitiveness
• Monitor offer performance and support commercial teams with sales enablement tools and customer resources
• Promote sustainable innovation and reinforce the company’s leadership in the Renewables sector

Your Profile

• 10+ years of experience in business development, offer/portfolio management, or strategic marketing
• Strong understanding of the renewables ecosystem (Solar, BESS, or grid-connected solutions)
• Proven ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization (markets, divisions….)
• Fluent in English; other European languages would be a plus
• Degree in Engineering or Business
