At Nexans, our Global Markets & Segments team plays a central role in shaping the company’s offer strategy to support the energy transition. We define and drive global go-to-market strategies that align with customer needs and business priorities across all regions. Our team works closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and business units to design compelling, innovative offers that differentiate Nexans in the marketplace.

GETTING A FLYING START

As Renewable Global Offer Director, you will be responsible for defining and managing the offer roadmap and go-to-market approach for our global renewables business. Your work will directly support Nexans' ambition to accelerate electrification through sustainable, scalable, and differentiated offers in Solar and BESS markets. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners — developers, EPCs, and utilities — to ensure our offer portfolio meets market needs and achieves commercial success.

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

• You define and drive the global offer roadmap for Solar and BESS, based on customer insights, competitive analysis, and strategic priorities
• You lead go-to-market strategy and execution, aligning commercial, marketing, and product development teams around shared goals
• You work closely with key accounts, developers, EPCs, and utilities to ensure our offers are relevant, competitive, and impactful
• You monitor offer performance and actively support commercial teams with sales enablement materials and customer tools
• You contribute to Nexans’ brand leadership in Renewables by championing innovation and sustainable product development

YOUR STARTING POINTS WHEN YOU JOIN

• Proven experience in the Renewables industry, particularly in Solar, Energy Storage, or Grid-connected energy solutions
• A strong background in offer or portfolio management, strategic marketing, or business development
• Commercial mindset with the ability to engage directly with developers, EPCs, and utilities
• Experience working in international and matrixed environments, driving cross-functional initiatives
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken. Other languages (particularly French) are a plus
• Engineering or Business degree preferred
