Job summary

AGCO in Beauvais, France is seeking a senior leader to drive Product Cost Optimization (PCO) and margin improvement across NPI and CPM. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define targets, and ensure realization of savings through robust value engineering and benchmarking.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in engineering, finance, or product management, with 5+ years in cross-functional PM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of relevant experience in engineering, product management, finance, or related consulting.
5+ years of cross-functional project or program management.

Responsibilities

Identify, assess, and prioritize margin improvement opportunities with financial analysis and business case development.
Lead global cross-functional PMI and PCO initiatives to deliver measurable margin impact.
Define margin targets and contribute to budget allocation and investment decisions.
Organize product reviews, benchmarking activities, and structured margin initiatives across products, platforms, and business models.
Act as a change agent to drive adoption and continuous improvement of margin processes, tools, and ways of working.
